Applications:Provides fast and convenient operation of wide-field microscopy while combining with the inverse convolution technology to achieve imaging resolution close to that of laser confocal microscopy, suitable for imaging and analysis of tissue sections, organoids, and living cells.

Instrument main functions:

Equipped with real-time high-definition three-dimensional imaging module (Thunder), combining optical and digital processing; automatic interpretation of objective parameters, simultaneous deconvolution processing, removal of stray light signals in the non-focal plane of the sample, to achieve high fluorescence resolution to 140nm in the XY direction, imaging depth of 500μm for non-transparent samples; equipped with total internal reflection fluorescence imaging module (TIRF), fully automatic one-touch automatic calibration, support TIRF different polarization angle incidence settings, accurate determination of the displayed and adjustable TIRF penetration depth, support fast, low phototoxicity of ultra-high resolution imaging
